Nghị quyết 11 có yêu cầu rà soát, điều chuyển, không kéo dài thời gian giải ngân, không ứng trước kế hoạch 2010… chứ không chỉ cắt giảm đầu tư công. Với kết quả bước đầu, tôi cho rằng chúng ta đang đi đúng hướng “thắt chặt” tài khóa để kiềm chế lạm phát.
Cụ thể, đối với nguồn vốn từ ngân sách nhà nước, tính đến ngày 7/4/2011 đã có 30 bộ báo cáo kết quả cắt, hoãn khởi công mới 61 dự án với số vốn 243,878 tỷ đồng; các địa phương báo cáo có 592 dự án giảm vốn với số vốn giảm là 1.165 tỷ đồng, 576 dự án ngừng khởi công với số vồn giảm là 1.302,4 tỷ đồng.
