Thông báo của Bên B cho Bên A chỉ được xem là đã nhận nếu thông báo đó được gửi bằng hình thức văn bản cho Bên A theo địa chỉ đã nêu trong hợp đồng này, trong giờ giao dịch và được Bên A xác nhận là đã nhận. Các văn bản thông báo được gửi đến Bên A ngoài giờ giao dịch được Bên A xem là nhận vào bất kỳ thời điểm nào của ngày làm việc tiếp theo
