Bên B sẽ bắt đầu tiến hành thi công

Bên B sẽ bắt đầu tiến hành thi công xây dựng ngay từ ngày 15/07/2016 hoặc khi bên A bàn giao mặt bằng đủ điều kiện thi công (mặt bằng đã được vệ sinh hoàn thiện, trần và tường đã hoàn thành) tùy thời điểm nào đến trước và bên B nhận được tiền đặt cọc, bản vẽ và mẫu vật liệu được bên A phê duyệt. Tổng tiến độ thi công cho tòa nhà CT1 và tòa nhà hỗn hợp với thời gian là 90 ngày.
Bên B nhận bàn giao mặt bằng của bên A theo từng tầng công trình hoặc theo từng căn hộ nhưng tối thiểu tổng số lượng căn hộ bàn giao là 13 căn/ đợt.
Nếu theo yêu cầu từ bên A mà khối lượng công việc tăng lên thì tiến độ sẽ được điều chỉnh cho phù hợp với thực tế. Việc điều chỉnh sẽ được Bên A thông báo bằng văn bản và là căn cứ để thực hiện các điều khoản liên quan khác của hợp đồng.
