Trước tiên em xin cám ơn chương trình mà thầy đã soạn thảo, cũng như các bài tập nhanh trên lớp để chúng em phát triển tư duy về luật pháp một cách tốt nhất cho quá trình học tập cũng như làm nền tảng hoàn thiện cho bản thân – là một công dân sống trong xã hội pháp quyền. Mặc dù bản thân còn nhiều hạn chế về mặt ngôn ngữ nhưng em sẽ cố gắng hết mình để rèn luyện thêm ở nhà cũng như học hỏi kiến thức trên lớp từ thầy và các bạn,
Kính mong nhận sự hỗ trợ từ mọi người.
Sau đây, em xin phép được chia sẽ một vài ý kiến của bản thân về những buổi học của môn Pháp luật:
Trong Part 1, ở phần học này, ngoài việc được nhắc nhở lại những kiến thức cơ bản đã giúp em hiểu biết thêm những thuật ngữ mang tính học thuật về pháp luật để có thể nắm bắt và hiểu bài trong quá trình nghe giảng.
Đồng thời nâng cao nhận thức về pháp luật đối với tiến trình phát triển đô thị, hiểu được pháp luật là cơ sở pháp lí bảo đảm củng cố, thực thi các cam kết, điều ước quốc tế trong phạm vi quốc gia và sự phối hợp hành động quốc tế vì phát triển đô thị. Trong phạm vi quốc gia, pháp luật là cơ sở để chính sách phát triển trong đời sống kinh tế-xã hội và đời sống nhà nước bằng những biện pháp hiệu quả nhất. Hệ thống văn bản pháp luật được xây dựng hướng tới mục tiêu phát triển theo lộ trình, với sự đồng bộ và sự kết hợp chặt chẽ, hợp lí của pháp luật giữa các lĩnh vực phát triển là tiền đề chính để hiện thực kế hoạch phát triển trong từng giai đoạn. (Thực sự cám ơn Mr.Nam trong buổi giới thiệu đầu tiên đã khái quát sơ đồ thống kê hệ thống văn bản pháp luật của Việt Nam, tuy buổi học đầu tiên không có thầy hướng dẫn nhưng Mr.Nam đã chia sẽ, nhắc nhở và đặt ra những câu hỏi thiết thực để chúng em cần lưu ý và chuẩn bị thật tốt cho các buổi học bắt đầu chương trình.)
Trong phần đầu của Part 2, từ các đặc điểm pháp lí của trong quá trình học tập đã giúp em hiểu được rõ hơn vai trò của pháp luật đối với quy trình phát triển đô thị : Pháp luật tạo cơ sở pháp lí cho các quá trình phát triển đô thị, từ xây dựng chiến lược, kế hoạch đến tổ chức thực hiện các mục tiêu phát triển trong từng giai đoạn. Trong tất cả các quá trình của phát triển đô thị, pháp luật thể hiện rõ vai trò của mình, với tư cách là những căn cứ pháp lí để xây dựng chiến lược, kế hoạch nghiên cứ phát triển đồng thời là phương tiện để thể chế các mục tiêu, kế hoạch thành những định hướng, mục đích và quy phạm pháp luật cụ thể để thực hiện trong thực tế.
Vì vậy, có thể thấy trong công cuộc đổi mới đất nước hiện nay, việc tăng cường vai trò của pháp luật được đặt ra như một tất yếu khách quan. Điều đó không chỉ nhằm mục đích bảo vệ và phát triển các giá trị chân chính, trong đó có ý thức đạo đức, các mối quan hệ giữa người với người mà còn hướng đến xây dựng một xã hội có trật tự, kỷ cương, văn minh, phát triển đô thị bền vững.
