Mức lương tối thiểu của lao động là

Mức lương tối thiểu của lao động làm việc trong các doanh nghiệp theo Nghị định 122/2015/NĐ-CP thì mức lương tối thiểu vùng áp dụng đối với doanh nghiệp từ ngày 01/01/2016: 2.400.000 đồng/tháng. Mức lương đối với lao động đã qua đào tạo nghề (kể cả doanh nghiệp tự đào tạo) phải cao hơn ít nhất 7% so với mức lương tối thiểu nói trên.
