Sau khi xem xét đề xuất tại công văn số dddđ và ý kiến hỉ đạo của EVN, Ban ANDD3 có ý kiến như sau:
đồng ý duy trì vận hành liên tục tổ máy 2, chi phí nhiên liệu, hóa chất và các chi phí liên quan khác phục vụ vận hành tổ máy 2 tính từ thời điểm kết thúc vận hành tin cậy giai đoạn 2 đến thời điểm đo đạt hiệu suất tổ máy, nếu không thuộc trách nhiệm của Nhà thầu theo quy định của hợp đồng thì sẽ do chủ đầu tư chi trả.
