Để giải quyết dứt điểm vấn đề nầy, hai bên đã nhờ Trung tâm Trọng tài Thương mại Tp. Hồ Chí Minh ( TRACENT) xử lý và ngày 29/4/2014, TRACENT đã ra phán quyết số No.2/PQ-TT : buộc Công ty TNHH Dekalb Việt Nam phải thanh toán một lần cho Công Ty Bảo vệ Thực vật Sài Gòn số tiền tổng cộng là 3.372.278.857 VNĐ ( bằng chữ : ba tỷ, ba trăm bảy mươi hai triệu, hai trăm bảy mươi tám ngàn, tám trăm năm mươi bảy đồng) ngay sau khi phán quyết nầy có hiệu lực. Phán quyết có hiệu lực từ ngày công bố là ngày 29/4/2014.
