5.3. Qui trình cấp phép

1. Giấy phép làm việc của nhà thầu sẽ được làm thành 03 bản. Xem các mẫu sau: F-HSE-09, Công tác nóng; F-HSE-13-Đào đất; F-HSE-14-Confined Space -Làm việc trong không gian kín .

2. Giấy phép làm việc sẽ được chuẩn bị bởi nhóm làm việc của nhà thầu chính hay nhà thầu phụ

3. Giấy phép làm việc phải đệ trình cho TECHGEL muộn nhất là 15h ngày hôm trước.

4. Cán bộ giám sát của nhà thầu hoặc CBAT nhà thầu sẽ phải đảm bảo giấy
phép làm việc được hoàn thiện đúng đắn bằng sự tham gia của họ
