7.1 – Hai Bên A & B cam kết thực hiện đầy đủ các điều khoản ghi trong hợp đồng. Nếu có khó khăn trở ngại, hai bên cùng nhau bàn bạc giải quyết trên tinh thần hợp tác.Nếu không giải quyết bằng thỏa thuận, mọi tranh chấp sẽ được đưa ra Tòa án có thẩm quyền xét xử theo các quy định của pháp luật Việt Nam.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

7.1-the two sides A & B is committed to fulfill the terms stated in the contract. If there are difficult obstacles, the two sides jointly discuss settled on the spirit of cooperation. If not addressed by the agreement, any dispute will be brought to court have jurisdiction under the provisions of the law of Vietnam.
