Điều 1: Bên A giao cho bên B thực hiện:
1. Trích lục từng thửa đất phục vụ công tác thu hồi đất theo bản vẽ Trích đo địa chính.
2. Lập thủ tục đề nghị cấp có thẩm quyền ban hành Thông báo thu hồi đất.
3. Thuê đơn vị tư vấn lập chứng thư về đơn giá bồi thường, hỗ trợ được UBND tỉnh duyệt.
4. Tổ chức họp dân công bố Quyết định chủ trương đầu tư của UBND tỉnh; Thông báo thu hồi đất của UBND huyện; Phát Tờ khai để các cá nhân, tổ chức tự kê khai.
5. Tổ chức kiểm kê đất và tài sản trên đất của các hộ dân chịu ảnh hưởng của dự án.
6. Lập phương án bồi thường, hỗ trợ và tái định cư trình cấp có thẩm quyền phê duyệt.
7. Phối hợp với bên A, Hội đồng bồi thường giải phóng mặt bằng và các cơ quan ban, ngành địa phương thực hiện chi trả tiền bồi thường cho các cá nhân, tổ chức chịu ảnh hưởng của dự án.
8. Xác nhận diện tích đã chi trả tiền bồi thường cho các cá nhân, tổ chức và hỗ trợ bên A lập thủ tục thuê đất theo đúng quy định của pháp luật.
