1.Các nhà sản xuất hàng may phải tuân thủ pháp luật và các quy định của địa phương nơi hoạt động sản xuất kinh doanh.

2.Không Sử Dụng Lao Động Cưỡng Bức.
Các nhà sản xuất hàng may không được sử dụng lao động bắt buộc hay cưỡng bức ,lao động giao kèo ,tù tội hay các lao động không tự nguyện khác.
