Về việc thành lập Ban Chỉ đạo và Ban điều hành triển khai việc thực hiện công tác
khoán công, khoán lưong và tăng năng suất lao động
Căn cứ Quy chế Tố chức và Hoạt dộng của Sun Group ban hành kèm theo Quyết định số 99/2012/QĐ-HĐQT/SGR ngày 31/3/2012 của HĐQT Sun Group;
Căn cứ Nghị Quyết số 115/2015/NQ-HĐQT/SGR ngày 21/04/2015 V/v: Triển khai các hoạt động sản xuất, kinh doanh và định hướng phát triển Sun Group năm 2015 và những năm tiếp theo.
Trên cơ sở kết quả thực tế công tác khoán đã triển khai thí điểm ở một số đơn vị trong Tập Đoàn như Công ty TNHH Tư vấn Xâv dụng Ánh Dưong, Công ty TNHH Thương mại Miền Đất Mặt Trời. Công ty TNHH Cung ứng hàng hóa Thăng Long...
Căn cứ nội dung dề xuất của Văn phòng Chủ tịch. Ban Tài chính, Ban Hành chính Nhân sự trong quá trình triển khai công tác khoán tại các đon vị trực thuộc Tập Đoàn,
Đê triên khai nội dung công tác khoán năm 2016 tại các don vị Thành viên Sun Group, nav Chủ tịch Sun Group thông báo:
1. Thành lập Ban Chi đạo triên khai công tác khoán
a) Thành phần Ban Chỉ dạo:

b) Nhiệm vụ của Ban Chỉ dạo:
Ban chỉ dạo chịu trách nhiệm chỉ dạo chung về chủ trương trong quá trình triển khai cồng tác khoán của các Thành viên Sun Group;
Đưa ra các quyết định liên quan tới định hưóng khoán trên cơ sở báo cáo của Ban Điều hành;

Chỉ đạo giải quyết các vướng mắc về mặt quv chế/cơ chế trong quá trình triên khai công tác khoán khi những quy định và quy chế hiện hành của Sun Group không đáp ứng được các yêu cầu đặt ra trong quá trình triển khai công tác khoán;
Đưa ra các chỉ đạo khác cần thiết trong triển khai khoán.
2. Thành lập Ban Điều hành công tác khoán
a) Thành phần Ban Điều hành:

b) Nhiệm vụ của Ban Điều hành:
Ban Điều hành chịu trách nhiệm trong công tác triển khai định hướng khoán tới từng Thành viên Sun Group bao gồm:
Rà soát kế hoạch thực hiện công việc của các Thành viên Sun Group trình lên. đưa ra ý kiến phản biện về CO' sờ hình thành kế hoạch và sản phẩm/dịch vụ tạo ra;

Đưa ra các hướng dẫn cụ thê cho các Thành viên Sun Group trong quá trình triển khai khoán, bao gồm cả việc đánh giá cụ thể tính họp lý các đề xuất mỗi thành viên Sun Group dưa ra;
Báo cáo công tác triển khai cho Ban Chỉ đạo theo từng thời điếm hoặc đột xuất theo yêu cầu của Ban Chỉ dạo;

3. Nhiệm vụ các Thành viên Sun Group:
Yêu cầu các Thành viên Sun Group, bao gồm các Ban Chức năng, các Ban Quản lý Dự án, các Công ty Thành viên triên khai sớm các công việc sau:
