Thứ tư vừa rồi nhận được quyết định tăng lương. tôi rất hạnh phúc. Nhìn lại đã được 1 năm làm việc cho Rensei, trải qua nhiều cung bậc cảm xúc, em đã học hỏi được nhiều điều hay, bổ ích và mới mẽ từ ban giám đốc, từ anh chị em đồng nghiệp, từ một môi trường làm việc năng động mà những ngày đầu tiên tưởng chừng em không thể vượt qua được. Năm qua em đã cố gắng nhiều bên sự hổ trợ tích cực từ công ty. Em cũng ý thức được hiện nay công ty đang bù lỗ, chi rất nhiều để duy trì cho các hoạt động của hệ thống. Bản thân em cũng chưa có nhiều đóng góp cho công ty nhưng lại được xét tăng lương…ngại quá ^.^….
Cám ơn ban giám đốc, cám ơn anh đã chiếu cố. Em sẽ cố gắng vì sự phát triển của công ty và bản thân!
