8.2.3 Trường hợp người có thẩm quyền giao dịch trong hợp đồng đặt vé cho cá nhân trong công ty, người thân thì người có thẩm quyền giao dịch đó phải có trách nhiệm thanh toán ngay cho Bên A sau khi xác nhận xuất vé bằng hình thức chuyển khoản hoặc tiền mặt.

- Trường hợp Bên B có sự thay đổi người có thẩm quyền giao dịch hoặc người có thẩm quyền giao dịch nghỉ việc tại công ty Bên B thì Bên B có trách nhiệm phải báo ngay cho Bên A bằng Email hoặc bằng văn bản để Bên A tiến hành làm phụ lục hợp đồng và đảm bảo tính hợp pháp của các giao dịch phát sinh sau đó.
