Với quan niệm hiện đại về sản xuất, đó là: “sản xuất những cái khách hàng cần chứ không phải sản xuất những cái mình có”. Khi đó, nắm bắt nhanh thông tin chính là nắm bắt những cơ hội kinh doanh từ môi trường bên ngoài.

Qua phân tích, đánh giá có thể thấy, hệ thống thông tin của Công ty hiện nay còn nhiều bất cập. Do đó, trước mắt HUD1 nên thực hiện một số biện pháp sau để tận dụng và nâng cao hiệu quả hoạt động của hệ thống thông tin:
- Thiết lập mạng intranet (mạng thông tin nội bộ) nhằm quản lý hiệu quả thông tin ở các bộ phận và toàn Công ty.
- Trang bị và đổi mới các thiết bị máy tính trợ giúp cho các cán bộ công nhân viên làm việc trong Công ty, đặc biệt là đội ngũ nhân viên và các bộ phận có nhiệm vụ xử lý, phân tích dữ liệu, tìm kiếm và thu nhận thông tin từ phía khách hàng.
- Tổ chức đào tạo và bồi dưỡng về hệ thống thông tin quản lý và công nghệ thông tin đối với người sử dụng nhằm tận dụng tối đa những lợi thế của công nghệ mới.
