6.Các công việc khác
- Nâng cao năng lực BQL: Cán bộ của Ban QLDA đã tham gia lớp quản lý dự án, đấu thầu nâng cao và lớp tiếng Anh giao tiếp.
- Các công tác thực hiện liên quan đến an toàn môi trường: UBND tỉnh Yên Bái đã có phê duyệt Báo cáo đánh giá tác động môi trường tại Quyết định số: 632/QĐ-UBND ngày 24 tháng 04 năm 2015. UBND thành phố Yên Bái đã lập, và phê duyệt kế hoạch quản lý và bảo vệ môi trườngtại QĐ số 1514/QĐ-UBND ngày 14/5/2015. Kế hoạch đã được niêm yết công khai tại trụ sở các Phường, xã có dự án để nhân dân biết, kiểm tra và giám sát trong toàn bộ quá trình thực hiện.
- UBND thành phố Yên Bái đã ra quyết định số 1738/QĐ-UBND ngày 15/06/2015 về việc thành lập Ban giám sát cộng đồng dự án giai đoạn I (2015-2016). Đối với các hạng mục đầu tư nhóm CSG phối hợp với giám sát kỹ thuật theo dõi giám sát bảo vệ môi trường.
III.Kế hoạch hành động tiếp theo:
- Hoàn thiện công tác lựa chọn nhà thầu đối với các công trình còn lại trong tháng tiếp theo (đường Hoàng Văn Thụ, đường Hà Huy Tập, đường Km4-Cầu Văn Phú, Xóm Bún).
- Tập trung đẩy nhanh tiến độ các công trình đang triển khai thi công, đảm bảo 4 công trình đã đăng ký hoàn thành trong năm 2015 (Khu Lia1, Lia3, đường Quang Trung, đường Tô Hiệu) sẽ hoàn thành trong tháng 10/2015.
- Hoàn thiện công tác GPMB 2 hạng mục đường Hoàng Văn Thụ và Hà Huy Tập, công tác quản lý tài sản theo hướng dẫn Bộ Xây dựng.
- Trong tháng 10/2015 Ban QLDA Chương trình đô thị miền núi phía Bắc - thành phố Yên Bái sẽ tập trung giải ngân hết nguồn IDA và nguồn đối ứng đã được cấp.

- Capacity MB: PMU staff have joined class project management, procurement and improving communication in English class.
- The implementation work related to environmental safety School: Yen Bai province has to approve the environmental impact assessment in Decision No 632 / QD-04 Committee on 24 May 2015.
