Người bán phải tự chịu chi phí mua loại bảo hiểm hàng hoá như thoả thuận trong hợp đồng để người mua, hoặc bất kỳ người nào khác có lợi ích từ hàng hoá được bảo hiểm, có quyền kiện đòi bồi thường trực tiếp từ người bảo hiểm, và cung cấp cho người mua hợp đồng bảo hiểm hoặc bằng chứng khác về việc mua bảo hiểm.
