Đề tài được nghiên cứu nhằm so sánh, đánh giá năng suất và chất lượng mật ong từ hai loại cây nguồn mật là Keo lai và Tràm, tại ba khu vực (KV) trong rừng U Minh Hạ gồm KV I (rừng Keo lai tại xã Khánh Thuận), KV II (rừng Keo lai tại xã Trần Hợi), KVIII (rừng Tràm tại VQG U Minh Hạ).
