The purpose of this study aims to identify the factors that impact satisfaction in the work of the credit officer Dong Thap province. From there, take out some implications for leaders, managers at the Agribank to enhance job satisfaction for all employees, so that employees can work effectively, with the unit and increase the results of business activities.The study identified 7 factors influencing job satisfaction of credit officers in Dong Thap Agribank. Alpha Cronbach's analysis results and EFA shows the components of the scale are to ensure the reliability and value of the scale. Regression results identified the factors that impact satisfaction in the work of the credit officer in the training Tower is Copper and Agribank advancement, welfare, environment, leadership, colleagues, the nature of work, salary.Finally, the study also presents some imply to leaders, managers at the Agribank based on actual analysis of the factors affecting the satisfaction in the work, starring one of the staff.Keywords: satisfaction, job, credit, Bank employees.
