Mục đích của nghiên cứu này nhằm mục đích xác định các nhân tố tác động đến sự hài lòng trong công việc của cán bộ tín dụng trên địa bàn tỉnh Đồng Tháp. Từ đó, đưa ra một số hàm ý cho nhà lãnh đạo, nhà quản lý tại Agribank để nâng cao sự hài lòng trong công việc cho tất cả nhân viên, để nhân viên có thể làm việc hiệu quả, gắn bó hơn với đơn vị và tăng trưởng kết quả hoạt động kinh doanh.
Nghiên cứu xác định 7 nhân tố ảnh hưởng đến sự hài lòng công việc của cán bộ tín dụng trên địa bàn Agribank Đồng Tháp. Kết quả phân tích Cronbach’s alpha và EFA cho thấy các thành phần của thang đo đều đảm bảo được độ tin cậy và giá trị của thang đo. Kết quả hồi quy đã xác định được các nhân tố tác động đến sự hài lòng trong công việc của cán bộ tín dụng trên địa bàn Agribank Đồng Tháp là đào tạo và thăng tiến, phúc lợi, môi trường, lãnh đạo, đồng nghiệp, bản chất công việc, tiền lương.
Cuối cùng, nghiên cứu cũng trình bày một số hàm ý đến nhà lãnh đạo, nhà quản lý tại Agribank dựa trên phân tích thực tế các nhân tố ảnh hưởng đến sựa hài lòng trong công việc của nhân viên.

The purpose of this study aims to identify the factors that impact satisfaction in the work of the credit officer Dong Thap province. From there, take out some implications for leaders, managers at the Agribank to enhance job satisfaction for all employees, so that employees can work effectively, with the unit and increase the results of business activities.The study identified 7 factors influencing job satisfaction of credit officers in Dong Thap Agribank. The purpose of this study aims to determine the factors that affect the job satisfaction of loan officers in the province of Dong Thap. From there, make some implications for leaders, managers at Agribank to improve job satisfaction for all employees, so that employees can work effectively and closely linked with unit growth and business results.
The study identified seven factors that affect job satisfaction of loan officers in the province of Dong Thap Agribank. Results Cronbach's alpha analysis and EFA shows the components of the scale are ensuring the reliability and value of the scale. The regression results identified the factors affecting job satisfaction of loan officers in the province of Dong Thap Agribank is training and promotion, welfare, environment, leadership, colleagues, nature of work and wages.
Finally, the study also presented some implications to leaders, managers at Agribank based on actual analysis of factors affecting the medium of satisfaction in the work of staff staff.
