Hai bên đồng ý ký hợp đồng cung cấp dịch vụ phòng nghỉ, ăn uống hội nghị với nội dung và các điều khoản sau:

I. DỊCH VỤ PHÒNG NGHỈ, ĂN UỐNG, HỘI THẢO :

 Gía trên bao gồm: 5% phí phục vụ, ăn sáng thường ( 1 món ), trà, cà phê đặt phòng .





 Khách hàng được phát…..vé ăn sáng tương đương với số lượng phòng đặt. Trong trường hợp khách hàng muốn ăn sáng Buffet 10 món thì cộng thêm 50.000/ khách

 Trẻ em:
 Dưới 5 tuổi : Miễn phí
 Từ 5 - 9 tuổi : Ở ghép cùng bố mẹ mà không bị tính phí phòng nghỉ, chỉ tính tiền ăn sáng
50.000/ vé ăn sáng cho trẻ em.
 Từ 10 tuổi trở lên : Tính như người lớn : Phụ thu 100.000/ khách nếu ngủ ghép cùng bố mẹ. Nếu kê giường phụ thì phụ thu : 250.000/ khách.

 Thời gian phục vụ ăn sáng từ 06h.30 đến 08h.30 hàng ngày. Trong trường hợp khách muốn thay đổi giờ ăn sáng hoặc muốn ăn sớm hơn. Thông báo trước 18h.00 ngày hôm trước.
 Thực đơn và số lượng khách ăn báo trước ngày đi 2 ngày.


II. CHÍNH SÁCH TRẢ PHÒNG MUỘN:
Thời gian nhận phòng : 14h00 Thời gian trả phòng, trước: 12h.00
Trường hợp khách trả phòng muộn từ 12h đến 14h.00 tính 30%, từ 14h.00 đến 18h.00 tính 50% và sau 18h00 tính tiền 100% tiền phòng.

III. CHÍNH SÁCH ĐẶT PHÒNG:

Danh sách khách cuối cùng (khách đoàn) phải được gửi cho khách sạn trước 2 ngày tính theo thời gian khách sử dụng dịch vụ tại khách sạn.
Với đặt phòng đã được xác nhận. Bên B không được đặt lại và yêu cầu gửi đặt phòng mới khác.

IV. PHƯƠNG THỨC THANH TOÁN:

Thanh toán bằng tiền mặt hoặc chuyển khoản :
- Tổng giá trị hợp đồng : ………………. VNĐ
- Khách hàng chuyển khoản đặt cọc lần 1 : 70% tổng giá trị hợp đồng . Tương đương với số tiền : …………………….. VNĐ sau khi hợp đồng được ký kết.
- Số tiền còn lại sẽ được thanh toán trong vòng 3-5 ngày tính từ ngày bên B kết thúc sử dụng dịch vụ của bên A. Trong trường hợp sau 5 ngày bên B chưa thanh toán số tiền còn lại, sẽ phải chịu thêm chi phí phạt thanh toán chậm : 10% số tiền còn thiếu .
- Mọi phát sinh ngoài hợp đồng, sẽ được cộng vào bảng kê thanh toán sau.

V. CHÍNH SÁCH HỦY& PHẠT:
o Khách đoàn bên B :
Báo hủy trong vòng 5 ngày tính theo thời gian khách sử dụng dịch vụ , khách sạn sẽ tính 30% tiền phòng
Báo hủy trong vòng 72 tiếng tính theo thời gian khách sử dụng dịch vụ. Khách sạn tính 50% tiền phòng.
48 tiếng tính 100% tiền phòng đêm đầu.
Báo hủy trong vòng 24 tiếng hoặc trường hợp khách không đến như đã đặt, khách sạn tính 100% tiền phòng đêm đầu và tiền đặt ăn (nếu có).
Tất cả các trường hợp hủy phòng đều phải được thực hiện bằng văn bản và có sự đồng ý của bên A và bên B.




VI. HIỆU LỰC HỢP ĐỒNG:

Hợp đồng chỉ sẽ có hiệu lực khi có chữ ký, đóng dấu của 2 bên trong thời gian là 3 ngày và gửi lại cho khách sạn Hải Long Cát Bà 1 bản gốc và sẽ được in làm 2 bản. Mỗi bên giữ 1 bản làm căn cứ thực hiện
