 Đối với các thuê bao trạng thái chưa kích hoạt sẽ không cập nhật trường EXP_DATE của thuê bao vào hệ thống vOCS ( có nghĩa là khi nhận dữ liệu thuê bao có giá trị exp_date thì tool cắt chuyển sẽ insert giá trị null cho trường exp_date của thuê bao).
+ Bài học kinh nghiệm: Cần rà soát về sự khác biệt chính sách giữa 2 hệ thống trước khi cắt chuyển.
