Qua thời gian thực tập tại công ty tôi đã tham gia tìm hiểu và đánh giá thực trạng công tác quản trị kênh phân phối của công ty, thì qua việc tham gia tìm hiểu và đánh giá như vậy bản thân tôi thấy rằng trong công tác quản trị kênh phân phối tại công ty TNHH Gas Petrolimex Đà Nẵng cũng có nhiều điểm mạnh nhưng song song cùng với đó là vẫn còn tồn tại một số vấn đề cần khắc phục để hoàn thiện hơn trong công tác quản trị kênh phân phối, đảm bảo vận hành hệ thống kênh phân phối một cách tốt nhất đem lại lợi ích cao nhất cho công ty. Vì vậy, tôi xin đề xuất một số biện pháp để đẩy mạnh công tác quản trị phân phối của công ty .

Ltd. also has many strengths but in parallel with it's still exist some issues to be overcome to improve the administrative work in distribution channels, make sure the distribution system in the best way the highest benefit for the company. So, I would like to propose some measures to fortify the company's distribution administration.
