Chị muốn hỏi tại sao công ty không thanh toán lương tháng 03 cho chị:
1. Đơn nghỉ việc chị ghi rõ là ngày làm việc cuối cùng là 31/3. ( chị không đi làm). Sao lại cát nghỉ việc ngay 31/3.
2. Nếu nghỉ việc vô lý do phải qua 5 ngày vô lý do mới được cắt và phải có thông báo gửi về( cái này không có)
3. Nếu tôi nghỉ sai luật thì vẫn phải tính trả lương cho tôi sau khi trừ đi các ngày không báo trước.
Mong công ty trả lời giúp tôi, tôi sẽ nhờ bên thứ ba can thiệp
