- Cung cấp hàng hoá có chất lượng đúng theo thỏa thuận tại Điều 3, Điều 4 của Hợp đồng này.
- Giao hàng đúng kế hoạch, tiến độ, đảm bảo các yêu cầu về số lượng ngoài kế hoạch nếu Bên Mua có yêu cầu và thông báo bằng văn bản hợp lệ/bản fax hợp lệ. Trường hợp giao thiếu làm ảnh hưởng tiến độ của Bên Mua sẽ chịu phạt chậm tiến độ theo điều khoản qui định ở Điều 9 của Hợp đồng này.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

The case of the lack of delivery affect the progress of the buyer will bear the fine slow progress under the terms stipulated in article 9 of this agreement.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

- Delivery schedule, progress, ensuring the requirements on the number of unplanned if the Purchaser has requested and notify in writing the valid / invalid faxes. Where delivery shortage affecting the progress of the Purchaser will be fined for slow progress under provisions in Article 9 of this Agreement.
