Tiêu chuẩn tuyển dụng được điều chỉ

Tiêu chuẩn tuyển dụng được điều chỉnh theo từng thời kỳ phát triển của Khoa, phù hợp với yêu cầu nâng cao chất lượng đội ngũ cán bộ và chất lượng đào tạo, NCKH. Kế hoạch tuyển dụng được thực hiện công khai, đúng quy trình trên cơ sở các Thông báo tuyển dụng và được đăng tải trên các phương tiện thông tin đại chúng và trang Website của Khoa (H12.12.01.04). Hội đồng tuyển dụng được thành lập cho từng đối tượng tuyển dụng và các thành viên tham gia đánh giá với tinh thần thiện chí vì thế việc tuyển dụng đảm bảo được chính xác và khách quan (H12.12.01.05). Sau khi được Hội đồng đánh giá, nhận xét và thống nhất kết luận thì kết quả tuyển dụng sẽ được thông báo công khai tại bảng tin của Khoa (H12.12.01.06).
