Năm 2013, Vingroup đạt kết quả kinh doanh vượt trội, cao nhất từ trước tới nay với tổng doanh thu 18.379 tỷ đồng, tăng 132% và lợi nhuận sau thuế đạt 7.149 tỷ đồng, tăng trưởng 378% so với năm 2012. Cùng với sự tăng trưởng này, mức đóng góp cho NSNN cũng tăng mạnh với chi phí thuế thu nhập doanh nghiệp đạt gần 2.600 tỷ đồng, tăng trưởng 308% so với năm 2012.
