Cam kết khi vận hành HTXLNT.
 Trực tiếp vận hành hệ thống xử lý nước thải, bùn thải.
 Số lượng nhân viên vận hành ít nhất là 3 người/ngày.đêm.
 Bên B phải đảm bảo chất lượng nước thải đầu ra đạt chuẩn, được sự cho phép xả thải của Khu công nghiệp. Khi có bất kỳ sự cố ảnh hưởng tới chất lượng nước đầu ra, bên nhà thầu phải khắc phục ngay lập tức và khi sự cố quá khả năng xử lý của bên nhà thầu thì bên nhà thầu phải yêu cầu chủ đầu tư hỗ trợ để đảm bảo chất lượng nước đầu ra.
 Khi chất lượng nước thải đầu ra không đạt tiêu chuẩn dẫn tới việc chủ đầu tư bị phạt thì cần xác định rõ nguyên nhân dẫn tới việc chất lượng nước đầu ra không đạt. Nếu chất lượng nước đầu ra không đạt do lỗi của nhà thầu gây ra thì bên nhà thầu sẽ phải đóng phạt theo mức phạt mà khu công nghiệp đưa ra.
 Nếu nguyên nhân dẫn tới chất lượng nước đầu ra không đảm bảo do lỗi của bên chủ đầu tư bao gồm các lỗi sau : Không hỗ trợ kho chứa hóa chất, xe nâng nâng hóa chất tới HTXLNT, không có nước cấp cho quá trình pha hóa chất, không hỗ trợ điện năng cho nhà thầu vận hành thì chủ đầu tư phải chịu trách nhiệm về chất lượng nước đầu ra.
