Hiện nay tổng số giáo viên dạy môn Tiếng anh của trường là 5 người. Đội ngũ giáo viên nhiệt tình trong công tác giảng dạy. Trong những năm gần đây, việc dạy môn Tiếng anh ở trường đã có những biến chuyển theo hướng tích cực. Hầu hết các thầy cô cũng đã vận dụng các phương pháp mới vào trong quá trình giảng dạy. Tuy nhiên quá trình lên lớp các thầy cô cũng gặp không ít khó khăn, do trình độ của học sinh không đồng đều nên trong một khoảng thời gian giới hạn có học sinh đã hoàn thành được các yêu cầu. Đặc biệt là trong tiết dạy bài đọc có học sinh chỉ hoàn thành được 50% công việc và thậm chí là 30%.
