We are very confused with Evergreen

We are very confused with Evergreen schedule. It is not make sure that they will make protection for our shipments. Who will have responsibility about delay if ETA is same as booking ? Because they don’t make sure, they issued different ETA in booking & website.

Thus we decide to cancel booking for 2 x cont 40”HC with ETD 23/10 ( PO 6087 + PO 6088 ).

Regarding to booking with ETD: 30/10 ( PO 6089 ) , we will re-confirm after receiving your confirmation about demurrage free days and detention free days at POD
If service of Evergreen is ok at POD, we will try to book 1 cont so that we can know their transit time.

Sorry for about this, but we need to protect our shipments.
