Trong tr¬ường hợp có mâu thuẫn giữa các điều khoản của Hợp đồng này và bất cứ vấn đề nào nêu trong Phụ lục và các tài liệu kể trên thì sẽ tuân thủ các điều khoản của Hợp đồng này. Trong tr¬ường hợp có mâu thuẫn giữa các tài liệu thì sẽ tuân thủ theo tài liệu nào có mức ¬ưu tiên hơn.
