nhà nước đối với các giao dịch này cũng như các giải pháp bảo đảm an ninh thị

trường tiền tệ và ngoại hối trong các năm tiếp 2015-2020.
Thực hiện vai trò chủ đạo của nhà nước trong quản lý đối với hoạt động kinh doanh vàng, đặc biệt là kinh doanh vàng miếng và thay đổi cơ chế quản lý, giám sát nhằm khuyến khích, thu hút nguồn vốn bằng vàng trong dân cư vào hệ thống
