Eating is an important demand of the people. No one can live without eating. Scientific dining also good influence to health and provide energy for the body. Each day is divided in 3 main meals: breakfast, lunch and dinner. In that case, breakfast is the most important because it provides the energy for a whole day's work. Noon, only mild stomach lining to eat. Evening dining is also an important meal because after dinner we will have a night to rest in order to recoup the energy and prepare for a new day. I am a student, because the condition is the difficult part of my every day menu should only have 2 packed. Am I normally eat 1 wheat field in front, and then into the classroom and I had dinner at around 7 pm. It's a diet not affordable and not good for your health, I myself have also realized that. I don't feel healthy enough to study well in a long time.
