Theo kinh nghiệm của những nhà nghiên cứu cho rằng nếu sử dụng phương pháp ước lượng thì kích thước mẫu phải tối thiểu từ 100-150 mẫu(Hair & ctg 1998). Ngoài ra theo Bollen, 1989 thì kích thước mẫu tối thiểu là 5 mẫu cho 1 tham số cần ước lượng.Trong nghiên cứu này số bảng câu hỏi dùng để khảo sát là 35 câu hỏi. Trong đó có 5 câu hỏi để thu thập thông tin của khách hàng được phỏng vấn, kích thước mẫu dự kiến đề ra là n = 175.
