tôi là 1 thành viên của đội tuyển bóng đá nam việt nam có vinh dự được tham gia asiad 17 tổ chức tại incheon Hàn Quốc. Đây mới chỉ là lần thứ năm Việt Nam được góp mặt tại một kỳ asiad nên ai cũng biết đây là 1 sân chơi khó với đội tuyển bóng đá của chúng tôi, vì vậy cả đội đã thi đấu với tâm lý hết sức thoải mái và tạo ra được vô số điều bất ngờ. Khởi đầu cho câu truyện cổ tích của đội bóng là chiến thắng đầy bất ngờ trước đội tuyển Iran. Ở thời điểm đó ai cũng phải thừa nhận trình độ giữa Việt Nam với Iran là một trời một vực. Iran là một đội bóng rất mạnh và nhiều lần đoạt chức vô địch ở giải đấu này cho nên thất bại là điều được dự đoán trước cho chúng tôi. Nhưng không phải vì thế mà toàn đội bỏ cuộc mà thay vào đó tôi và đồng đội đã chơi một trận đấu cực hay trước Iran và giành được chiến thắng không tưởng 4-1. Tiếp đà hưng phấn chúng tôi đã có chiến thắng thứ hai liên tiếp trước Kyrgyzstan. Hạ gục Kyrgyzstan với tỷ số 1-0 tôi và đồng đội hiên ngang tiến vào vòng trong với ngôi nhất bảng, đây mới là lần thứ 2 đội tuyển Việt Nam bước được vào vòng 2 tại một kỳ Asiad. Mặc dù dừng bước ở vòng 2 với thất bại 1-3 trước đội tuyển UAE nhưng đây cũng là một thành công với đội tuyển của chúng tôi.
