Nếu mặt hàng xuất khẩu là hàng thực

Nếu mặt hàng xuất khẩu là hàng thực phẩm thì phải đăng lý kiểm dịch, hồ sơ gồm có :

+ 2 giấy phép đăng ký kiểm dịch thực vật theo mẫu của trung tâm đăng ký kiểm dịch thực vật

+ Hợp đồng ngoại thương ( sao y)

+ 1 invoice ( bản chính )

+ 1 packing list ( bản chính )

+ Mẫu hàng để kiểm dịch (nếu có)

+ Vận đơn (vận đơn này sẽ được nộp sau khi tàu chạy để lấy chứng thư)

Khi đã chuẩn bị hoàn chỉnh hồ sơ, nhân viên giao nhận mang bộ hồ sơ đó đến cơ quan kiểm dịch thực vật để đăng ký kiểm dịch. Nhân viên tiếp nhận sẽ kiểm tra bộ hồ sơ, nếu thấy đầy đủ sẽ ký và đóng dấu vào giấy đăng ký.

Khi hàng đã về đến cảng, nhân viên giao nhận sẽ đưa nhân viên kiểm dịch đến vị trí container và tiến hành kiểm tra hàng. Hàng sẽ được cấp chứng thư sau khi đã kiểm tra đạt tiêu chuẩn. chứng thư này là chứng nhận tình trạng của hàng hóa đảm bảo an toàn vệ sinh thực phẩm.
