8.1 Khi có những nội dung mới phát sinh cần bổ sung, hai bên cùng bàn bạc thống nhất và nội dung thống nhất sẽ được thể hiện bằng một phụ lục hợp đồng. Phụ lục này là một bộ phận không tách rời của hợp đồng.
8.2 Khi bên A đã thực hiện hoàn thành các công việc quy định tại điều 1 của hợp đồng và bên B đã thanh toán cho bên A đầy đủ số tiền thù lao theo quy định tại điều 3 của hợp đồng thì các quyền nghĩa vụ trong hợp đồng được chấm dứt, hợp đồng đương nhiên được thanh lý, các bên không phải làm thủ tục thanh lý hợp đồng.
8.3 Hợp đồng này gồm tám (08) điều, bốn (04) trang và được lập thành hai (02) bản tiếng Việt và hai (02) bản tiếng Anh, có giá trị pháp lý như nhau, mỗi bên giữ mỗi loại 01 bản để theo dõi và thực hiện. Khi có tranh chấp phát sinh, bản tiếng Việt được ưu tiên sử dụng.
