18.1. Rủi ro và bất khả kháng
a) Rủi ro là nguy cơ ảnh hưởng tiêu cực đến việc thực hiện Hợp đồng.
b) Bất khả kháng là một sự kiện rủi ro không thể chống đỡ nổi khi nó xảy ra và không thể lường trước khi ký kết Hợp đồng như: động đất, bão, lũ, lụt, lốc, sóng thần, lở đất hay hoạt động núi lửa, chiến tranh, dịch bệnh,
c) Khi một bên bị rơi vào tình trạng bất khả kháng, thì phải thông báo bằng văn bản cho bên kia trong thời gian sớm nhất có thể.
