lễ tân khách sạn là công việc khá nhẹ nhàng và nhàn rỗi. Công việc này đối với tôi mà nói thì không phù hợp Cho lắm. Chiều cao cả ngoại hình lẫn giao tiếp của tôi chưa hoàn chỉnh.
Công việc hằng ngày chỉ chào hỏi khách, hỏi thăm khách cần gì, hay muốn dịch vụ gì? Hơn nữa thì dẫn khách lên phòng và giới thiệu về chức năng và hoạt động của khách sạn. Nhìn thì đơn giản nhưng bạn phải nhiệt tình, năng nổ, hoà đồng thân thiện với khách...gặp khách khó tính đòi hỏi bạn phải biết nhẫn nhịn, dịu dàng...giải thích vấn đề cho họ hiểu. Bạn cần lắng nge và tiếp thu ý kiến của khách.
Nói thì đơn giản nhưng đó chỉ là công việc tôi ao ước. Và tôi hi vọng sau khi tôi tốt nghiệp sẽ nhận được công việc như mong muốn của mình.
