(ii) Theo sự chấp thuận trước của Cơ Quan Nhà Nước Có Thẩm Quyền, trong trường hợp cần thiết, Công Ty có thể mở tài khoản ngân hàng ở nước ngoài theo các quy định của Pháp Luật Việt Nam và pháp luật của nước nơi Công Ty dự định mở tài khoản.

(ii) according to the prior approval of the competent State authorities, in case of need, the company can open bank accounts in foreign countries according to the provisions of the law of Vietnam and the law of the country where the company intends to open the account.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

(Ii) Subject to the prior approval of the Authority Having Jurisdiction State, in case of necessity, the Company may open bank accounts in foreign countries under the regulations of Vietnam Law and the law of the country where Company intends to open an account.
