Qua thời gian thực tập ở trường Tiểu học Đồng Kho1, hướng phấn đấu của bản thân tôi là


Luôn yêu nghề, mến trẻ, tìm tòi, học hỏi để được rút kinh nghiệm, trau dồi kiến thức, cập nhập thông tin nhanh chóng và cần thiết cho công tác giảng dạy sau này.
+ Luôn đổi mới trong công tác dạy học, quyết tâm phấn đấu trở thành người giáo viên mẫu mực trong tương lai.
+ Luôn trau dồi đạo đức, bồi dưỡng phẩm chất, nhân cách, cũng như rèn luyện tinh thần yêu nghề nghiệp, yêu đồng nghiệp.
+ Xây dựng niềm tin, lý tưởng vững vàng, tốt đẹp để làm tốt công tác giáo dục tư tưởng cho học sinh.
