- Chịu trách nhiệm sử dụng địa điểm

- Chịu trách nhiệm sử dụng địa điểm thuê đúng mục đích quy định trong Hợp đồng này.
- Chịu trách nhiệm về tính hợp pháp của chương trình sự kiện được tổ chức tại khu vực thuê.
- Chịu trách nhiệm về các hoạt động của chương trình diễn ra tại khu vực thuê.
- Nếu thay đổi thời gian thuê, Bên A có trách nhiệm thông báo cho Bên B trước 15 ngày làm việc kể từ ngày diễn ra chương trình. Tùy theo tình hình và điều kiện của mình bên B có quyền chấp nhận hoặc từ chối đề nghị này. Nếu Bên B chấp nhận đề nghị thay đổi thì phải thông báo cho bên A trong vòng 02 ngày làm việc kể từ ngày nhận thông báo thay đổi.
- Trong trường hợp hủy bỏ Hợp đồng, Bên A có trách nhiệm thông báo cho bên B trước ít nhất 03 ngày trước khi diễn ra chương trình. Lúc này các khoản tiền bên A đã thanh toán cho đến trước thời điểm thông báo hủy sẽ không được hoàn trả và được xem như là khoản tiền phạt cho việc hủy Hợp đồng.
- Thanh toán tiền đầy đủ, đúng hạn cho Bên B theo qui định tại Điều 4.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:
