Phải báo trước cho nhau ít nhất 30 ngày nếu một trong hai bên chấm dứt HĐLĐ với bên kia, nếu không sẽ xem như chấm dứt HĐLĐ trái quy định và phải chịu bồi thường theo quy định của Luật lao động.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

Must notify each other at least 30 days if either party to terminate the labor contract with the other party, if not terminate the labor contract will be regarded as contrary to the provisions and to pay damages under the provisions of the Labour Law.
