Chương trình đào Cử nhân ngành Song ngữ Nga - Anh (chuyên ngành Nga - Anh du lịch) nhằm giúp sinh viên có phẩm chất chính trị, đạo đức ,có kiến thức cơ bản về ngôn ngữ, văn học, văn hóa, kinh tế, xã hội của nước Nga và Anh; có kỹ năng thực hành và giao tiếp bằng hai thứ tiếng Nga - Anh một cách thông thạo. Cùng với việc chú trọng đào tạo các kỹ năng thực hành và lý thuyết ngôn ngữ Nga -Anh, chương trình còn cung cấp những kiến thức cơ bản và chuyên sâu về lịch sử-địa lý, văn học, văn hóa, dịch thuật, tiếng Nga, tiếng Anh thương mại và du lịch... nhằm giúp sinh viên có đủ năng lực, trình độ làm việc hiệu quả trong các lĩnh vực liên quan đến tiếng Nga, tiếng Anh.
