Luôn xác định nguồn nhân lực là yếu tố then chốt đối với thành công của ngân hàng. Trong năm 2012 Agribank Sài Gòn - PGD Tân Định đặc biệt chú trọng đến công tác nhân sự, từ việc tuyển dụng, đào tạo, bố trí cán bộ đến xây dựng đội ngũ cán bộ giỏi nghề, tâm huyết với công việc và có ý thức đạo đức nghề nghiệp cao. Tính đến 31/12/2011,tổng số lao động của PGD là 24 người. Trong đó:
 Thạc sĩ: 01 người;
 Đại học: 20 người;
 Trung học,cao đẳng,khác: 3 người.
100% cán bộ biết sử dụng tin học và có trình độ ngoại ngữ
Công tác qui họach: Hàng năm PGD đều thực hiện tốt công tác qui hoạch cán bộ theo đúng qui trình hướng dẫn của Agribank Sài Gòn để chủ động tạo nguồn cán bộ cho năm sau và những năm tiếp theo.
Công tác đào tạo: PGD thường xuyên cử cán bộ đi học các lớp nghiệp vụ ngắn hạn do Hiệp hội Ngân hàng và Agribank Sài Gòn tổ chức, tổ chức các lớp học về kỷ năng giao tiếp,phục vụ khách hàng cho cán bộ nhân viên. Đồng thời, PGD cũng luôn khuyến khích, tạo điều kiện cho cán bộ công nhân viên học thêm về ngoại ngữ, đại học tại chức ngoài giờ để nâng cao trình độ chuyên môn.
