 [03/04] Lỗi nhạc xen hệ thống vCRBT:
Mô tả: Khi khách hàng gọi tới IVR, các action đăng ký, hủy, tải bải hát ... sẽ được đẩy về CRBT Huawei xử lý, do đó KH gọi nghe được bài hát phía bên hệ thống Huawei.
Nguyên nhân: Do phía GMSC thực hiện nâng cấp lỗi, không thực hiện routing luồng call và luồng IVR vào hệ thống vCRBT trong trường hợp called là thuê bao thuộc dải vCRBT.
Giải pháp xử lý: Phối hợp với đầu mối GMSC để fix lỗi và lên kế hoạch tác động. Hoàn thành ngày 04/04.
