Điều kiện thực hiện nghĩa vụ bảo lãnh: Ngân hàng thực hiện thanh toán cho Bên nhận bảo lãnh theo các nội dung quy định tại Cam kết bảo lãnh trong vòng năm (05) ngày làm việc, kể từ ngày nhận được hồ sơ yêu cầu thanh toán của Bên nhận bảo lãnh phù hợp với điều kiện thực hiện nghĩa vụ bảo lãnh tại Cam kết bảo lãnh do Ngân hàng phát hành theo yêu cầu của Bên được bảo lãnh và được Ngân hàng chấp thuận
