Theo quy định của pháp luật, sau sáu (06) tháng kể từ ngày ký kết TƯLĐTT này, nếu một bên nào có yêu cầu sửa đổi hay bổ sung cho phù hợp với tình hình thực tế thì phải báo trước cho bên kia cụ thể nội dung cần sửa đổi hay bổ sung chậm nhất là bảy (07) ngày và cả hai bên cùng tiến hành thương lượng, xem xét các nội dung cần sửa đổi hay bổ sung trong TƯLĐTT này. Những thỏa thuận cần sửa đổi hay bổ sung sau khi thống nhất thì phải thông báo bằng văn bản cho cơ quan thẩm quyền và NLĐ được biết.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:
