Cổ phiếu quỹ và thặng dư vốn cổ phần: Giá trị cổ phiếu quỹ có sự thay đổi là do năm 2012, công ty đã mua 380,000 cổ phiếu quỹ trị giá 11.4 tỷ đồng từ Tổng công ty cổ phần May Việt Tiến nhưng đến ngày 3/1/2013 mới chính thức chuyển đổi sở hữu cổ phiếu này. Sang năm 2014, công ty bán 560.000 cổ phiếu quỹ cho các cổ đông trong Hội đồng quản trị. Giá bán một cổ phiếu là 16.000 đồng so với giá gốc bình quân của một cổ phiếu quỹ là 20.519,68 đồng. Do đó, thặng dư vốn cổ phiếu quỹ là 2.531.020.800 đồng, cộng thêm phí chuyển nhượng chứng cổ phiếu quỹ hơn 55 triệu đồng làm cho thặng dư vốn cổ phần năm 2014 giảm đi hơn 2.5 tỷ
