Yêu cầu về bảo hiểm:
- Chủ đầu tư mua bảo hiểm rủi ro công trình (trong quá trình thi công xây lắp) theo quy định hiện hành và bảo hiểm trách nhiệm cho bên thứ ba.
- Nhà thầu phải mua bảo hiểm cho vật tư, máy móc, thiết bị, nhà xưởng phục vụ thi công, bảo hiểm đối với người lao động, bảo hiểm trách nhiệm dân sự đối với người thứ ba cho rủi ro của Nhà thầu và các bảo hiểm cần thiết khác theo quy định hiện hành.
