Lake Huron, on the west by the state of Michigan, and on the east by the province of Ontario, Canada, is one of the five Great Lakes in North America. The name of the lake comes from the French explorers named it based on the Huron peoples living in the region. Lake Huron is located in the US and Canadian border.
